In Finance, Nouryon automated intercompany reconciliation between 120 legal entities, streamlining the invoice verification process. This centralized the process in one department, eliminating mismatches. HR benefited from automation by combining data from two databases, eliminating the need for a 45-minute manual task. Automation also improved compliance in IT management by transitioning from an annual report to on-demand checks, enhancing controls and preventing errors.
