Trademarks are adjectives and should generally be used in connection with the generic nouns they modify. For example, when using the trademark Automaton 360, the word "software", “platform”, or a similar term, should immediately follow the referential use of the mark in at least the first and/or most prominent instance where the mark is displayed. For further illustration, please see correct and incorrect uses below:
CORRECT: We use the Automation 360 software platform to manage my business processes when we need extra capacity.
INCORRECT: We use Automation 360 for our automation processes.
CORRECT: The Automation Anywhere software user interface is easy to navigate.
INCORRECT: Automation Anywhere is easy to navigate.
Remember that trademarks cannot be made plural or possessive.
